The Gediflora team consists of a multicultural group of 40 permanent employees and 40 seasonal workers. There is a wide diversity of cultures at the workfloor: 8 Turkish men, 3 Polish employees, a Chechen colleague, a Dutch and an American representative.
To highlight this diversity, we organized a global market with desserts on Friday May 10th. Our employees brought out the master chef in themselves to put their origins in the spotlight. By literally tasting and enjoying each other’s culture, we have brought employees closer together. This world market was an ideal opportunity to get to know each other in a different way during the lunch break. As you can see in the photos, our employees enjoyed this tasty team building.
